Where Please Find Your Seat is better

Price, if seating is all you need. Above 100 guests their Pro plan, $64.95 one time with no guest limit, costs less than our $99 Celebration plan. Ours includes the guest photo album, trivia, wishes, voice and video notes and playlist; if you will not use those, they are the cheaper choice.
Guest photo access is sold in longer windows than our 60 days. You can download the whole album in full resolution before yours closes, so the difference is where the files are hosted afterwards, not whether you keep them.
They have a door check-in flow and a menu upload. We have neither, and if you need to track who actually arrived, that is a real reason to look at them.

Where Forever Farrah is better

You design the room and your guests walk into it. They get the floor plan you built, their table highlighted, zoomable and in 3D if they want it — not a table number they still have to go and find. Nothing else in this category does that.
Matchmaker, our automatic seating, works today. Theirs is listed as coming soon on their own pricing page, so a long guest list is still a manual drag.
The floor plan is a real editor with table shapes and capacities, not an uploaded picture of one — so the chart notices a table you have overfilled.
RSVPs, meals and plus-ones live in the same place as the seating, so the chart is built from replies rather than from a spreadsheet you maintain twice.
The free tier is the whole product at starter limits, not a trial of one feature — the guest list, playlist, trivia, budget and timeline are uncapped on it.
For planners the arithmetic is very different: our Agency plan covers ten active weddings for one yearly fee, where their business plans charge per event and then again for each extra event.

Is Please Find Your Seat free?

There is a free tier covering one event and up to 50 guests, and paid one-time tiers above that, starting with Pro at $64.95 for unlimited guests. Forever Farrah is also free to start, with the seating chart, QR seat finder, wedding website and RSVPs included for up to 50 guests, then a one-time payment per wedding: $49 up to 100 guests, $99 up to 200.

What does Forever Farrah do that Please Find Your Seat does not?

RSVP collection with meals and plus-ones, a guest website, a shared playlist guests request songs on, trivia, well wishes, voice and video messages, a budget, a day-of timeline and a vendor portal. Please Find Your Seat is a seating tool with a photo add-on, by design.

Can I move my seating chart from one to the other?

There is no integration, but both import a guest list from a spreadsheet, so the move is a CSV export and a CSV import rather than retyping names. Table assignments are made again in whichever tool you land on.
