How Forever Farrah researches, writes, checks and updates its wedding planning guides and planning tools, which sources we use, and how to report a mistake.
Forever Farrah's guides are written to answer the question in the title as directly as we can, with every figure linked to where it came from. We use independent sources, we say plainly when no reliable data exists, and we check anything we say about our own app against the app itself. Each guide shows when it was last updated, and we correct mistakes as soon as they're reported.
The guides and planning tools are written and maintained by the Forever Farrah team, the people who build the wedding planning app. They're published under the Forever Farrah name rather than individual bylines.
Every guide opens with the answer. The rest explains why, covers the situations the short answer doesn't, and ends with the questions people ask next. If you only read the first paragraph, you should still have your answer.
Every statistic is linked, with its date. If a number circulates online but we can't find where it came from, we leave it out.
Sometimes the honest answer is that nobody has measured something. For example, no national study tracks what share of invited wedding guests actually attend. When that happens we say so, and any starting numbers in our tools are clearly labelled as assumptions you should change.
The calculators show their working. Every assumption (seats per table, song length, drinks per hour) is stated on the page and can be changed. The numbers in our guides come from the same calculations as the tools in your account, and they are checked against each other before publishing, so a guide and its calculator always agree.
Where a guide mentions Forever Farrah, we describe what the app does today, including limits and which plan a feature is on. We check each of those statements against the product before publishing. Things we don't offer yet, we say so.
We use AI tools to help research and draft guides. Nothing is published on that basis alone: every figure is checked against its source, every calculation is tested, and every statement about our app is checked against the app.
Every guide shows the date it was published and, if it has changed since, the date it was last updated. We review guides when their sources publish new figures, when etiquette advice shifts, and when our app changes.
If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, email support@foreverfarrah.com with the page and what needs fixing. We'll check it and update the guide, including the "last updated" date.
