Keep it to 10 to 15 questions. Guests play between courses or during cocktail hour. Twenty-five questions is where people stop halfway. Make most of them multiple choice. Three or four options turns "I've no idea" into a guess, which is what keeps people playing. True-or-false works for the "who is more likely" questions. Write good wrong answers. The fun is in the options that are almost right. "Our first date was at: a bowling alley / a pizza place / a gig / the pizza place next to the bowling alley." Order it easy, specific, easy. Open with a question everyone gets right, bury the hard ones in the middle, and end on a funny one. Say when the winner is announced. A prize handed out during the speeches gives people a reason to finish.
