Wedding seating chart template for planners

Free wedding seating chart template for planners: table number, guest name, meal choice, dietary notes and side. Download it as a CSV or print it.

What a planner's seating chart should include

One row per guest, so the venue, the caterer and the escort card printer can all work from the same sheet.

Skip the spreadsheet

In Forever Farrah you import the guest list from a spreadsheet, Matchmaker seats every guest automatically at a table in seconds, and you drag anyone who needs moving. Your couple sees the same chart, live. At the reception, guests scan one QR code and find their table on their phone, so a late move does not mean reprinting the chart.
