Seat your guests by dragging them onto tables

Drag each guest from your list onto a table and watch the room fill up. The studio counts who still needs a seat and how full every table is.

The top of the Guests panel counts everyone not yet seated.

Drag onto a table

Press on a guest, drag them to a table and release. The table shows how many of its seats are filled.

The header shows guests seated out of your whole list, so you always know how far along you are.

How do I move a guest to another table?

Drag them from their current table or from the list onto the new one. You can also undo the last change from the toolbar.

Up to 50 guests on the free plan. Paid plans raise that number with a one-time payment.
