Focus on one table and edit it

Click a table to zoom in and see every guest by chair. Rename it, change its seats, rotate or duplicate it, and pick a colour from one panel.

Fill the open seats

The toolbar shows how many seats are open and has an Add guests button.

Number and name it

The table number is printed on escort cards and tent cards. Add a name like Head Table if you like.

Change seats and style

Add or remove seats, rotate, duplicate or delete the table, and choose a colour.

How do I see who is sitting at a table?

Click the table. Each guest's name appears at their chair, and the Details panel lists everyone seated there.

Can I change how many seats a table has?

Yes. Use the plus and minus buttons beside Seats in the Details panel.
