How it works

Export your list: On Zola, The Knot, Joy or any site, download your guest list as a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel). A Google Sheet works too. Upload it here: We read your column headings, households, plus-ones and RSVP columns, and show you every match. Change any guess before you import. Seat who said yes: Replies land as replies, so the guests who are coming are ready to seat. Matchmaker seats everyone automatically, and guests find their seat with one QR code.

Questions couples ask

Do I have to retype anything? No. Upload the file as it is. If a column isn't recognised, pick what it holds from a list, or leave it out. Will my RSVPs carry over? Yes. Columns like "Reception RSVP" or "Attending" come in as each guest's reply for that event. "No response" stays as waiting for a reply, never a guess. What about replies that reach the old site later? They stay there. Once you import, send guests your Forever Farrah link so new replies land on your list here. What if I import the same list twice? Guests already on your list are spotted and skipped, so nobody is added twice. If the new file is missing someone, we offer to take them off.
