The terms that apply when you use Forever Farrah: your account, your wedding data, payments, refunds and how either side can end things.

Use of Service

You agree to use the platform lawfully and are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit, including guest and event details.

Accounts and Billing

Couple plans and a la carte features are one-time purchases , not subscriptions. The price is shown and charged at checkout, and there is nothing to cancel. Wedding-planner accounts are billed on a recurring subscription; those terms are disclosed at checkout and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal.

Refund Policy

All purchases — including plan upgrades and à la carte features — are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date . After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable.

Your Content, and the Licence We Need to Host It

Everything you and your guests upload — photos, voice and video notes, guest lists, wishes, playlists — remains yours. To run the service we need your permission to store it, process it, and display it to the people you share your wedding site with. You grant Forever Farrah LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to do exactly that, for as long as your account exists and only for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your photos or your guests’ details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

Guest Information

When you add guests, you are giving us personal information about other people. You confirm that you are entitled to share it, and you remain responsible for what you collect. For that data we act on your instructions as your service provider: we process guest information only to operate the features you use, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for our own marketing.
