When AllSeated is the better choice

Diagram precision. To-scale floor plans, professionally drawn venue plans and 3D are what it is built for, and venues use it to show their rooms to clients.
It handles any event, from galas to conferences, not only weddings.
Attendee check-in from any device on its Premium plan.
Unlimited collaborators on every plan, including free, so a venue and caterer can work in the same diagram.

Where Forever Farrah is better

RSVPs with meals and plus-ones live with the seating, so the chart is built from replies rather than a list kept in sync by hand.
Matchmaker fills the tables from the guest list, then you drag anyone.
Guests find their own table by scanning one QR code and see it lit up on the room map.
One dashboard across your client weddings, with RSVP chasing and wedding week built in.
A lower yearly price for a wedding planner: $299 a year for 3 active weddings, or free for 2.
